Erin Fury Parkinson focuses her practice on insurance coverage, including defense matters, bad faith, directors and officers liability, CGL policies, aviation, environmental, toxic exposure (including asbestos, benzene, and NORM claims), and product claims. While a significant portion of her practice is composed of litigation in Louisiana and Texas state and federal courts, her practice has also included cases in several other states, including Florida, Nevada, Georgia, Mississippi, and Colorado. In another insurance coverage dispute in Nevada, she was lead consulting counsel on behalf of a client in arguing that an insureds lack of notice served as a bar to preclude an insurers liability for judgment obtained by a third-party.
