Richard G. Daniels - Lawyer in Coral Gables, FL

Mr. Daniels experience includes the representation of some of the largest Architectural and Engineering firms in the state of Florida, as well as numerous insurance companies that insure design professionals. He has more than thirty-five years experience in trials and arbitrations representing design professionals, focused on the defense of professional liability claims on behalf of architects, engineers, and surveyors. In addition, he has served as special outside counsel representing local government agencies in their various construction litigation matters. He has also served on the Panel of Construction Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association since 1984.

Mr. Daniels is an allied member of the South Florida Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and has lectured before that organization on topics related to design professionals liability. He is an approved AIA/CES Provider, and in that role, Mr. Daniels chairs the Daniels Kashtan Annual Meeting of Invited Design Professionals. Mr. Daniels is a frequent speaker on construction litigation subjects including Victor OSchinnerers Annual Meeting of Invited Attorneys, The Florida Bars Construction Law Institute, and various state and local chapters of the American Institute of Architects. He has also appeared five times as the featured speaker in the AIA sponsored television series ?All About Architecture.
