In particular Bill has successfully represented computer manufacturers, computer component manufacturers, mobile phone handset manufacturers, software developers, original equipment manufacturers, value-added resellers, and financial institutions in patent litigation in the district courts and arbitration proceedings, and also cases appealed to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Bill has also served as arbitrator and mediator in several intellectual property cases, having completed the course for lawyers on Arbitration and Mediation at the Harvard Law School. Also, Bill has substantial experience in licensing, IP monetization and IP strategic planning.
