Scott A. Carroll is the Managing Shareholder and Litigation Manager of the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio offices of Jackson Lewis P.C.

Mr. Carroll has represented clients across the spectrum of labor and employment law, including wrongful discharge litigation, collective bargaining, union avoidance, and human resources counseling. He has expertise in wage hour and other multi plaintiff employment cases.

Prior to working at Jackson Lewis P.C., Mr. Carroll was a Partner and a Member of the labor and employment group in the Cincinnati office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP.

Mr. Carroll has been honored by being named an Ohio Super Lawyer in Employment and Labor from 2004 to 2013.Mr. Carroll lectures frequently on all aspects of labor and employment law matters.

Mr. Carroll is a member of the U.S. Sixth Circuit Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cincinnati Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio. Mr. Carroll is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Carroll received his B.S. degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1990, and he earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati — College of Law in 1993, where he was a member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. After law school, he clerked for The Honorable Sandra S. Beckwith in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Mr. Carroll serves on the National Board of Directors for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). His service to LLS in Cincinnati and nationally began in 2005.
