Will McCarthy joined Worden Thane P.C. as an intern while attendinglaw school. After graduating from the University of Montana School ofLaw in 2002, Will was admitted to the State Bar of Montana and began hispractice as an associate of the firm. Prior to his J.D. he receivedundergraduate degrees from Montana Tech and The University of Montana.Will has extensive experience dealing with comprehensive estateplanning matters, probate and trust administration issues, estate taxissues, and business planning issues surrounding formation, operation,management mergers and dissolutions.
