Samuel Vulcano has been with the Sugarman Law Firm since 1979 and serves as Managing Partner. His practice is focused on the representation of architects, engineers, and surveyors in all claims including defense of claims and contract negotiation and drafting. He has served as both a mediator and arbitrator.

He is admitted to practice before all New York State courts, U.S. District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of New York and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is a member of the Onondaga County, Erie County, New York State and American bar associations.

He is a graduate of Syracuse Universitys S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and College of Law (summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, Justinian Law Society).
