Tim Gallegly is a director in the firms Oklahoma City office and is a member of the Litigation Trial, Energy, Environment Natural Resources and Bankruptcy Creditors Rights Practice Groups. He received numerous CALI awards and the Oklahoma Bar Association award for Excellence in Bankruptcy Law. Tim holds a bachelors degree in business finance from Oklahoma City University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Prior to law school, Tim worked as a tax accounting supervisor for a large independent oil and gas producer in Oklahoma City, where he spent seven years in the corporate workforce before transitioning to the practice of law. Tim is experienced in oil and gas title, royalty, revenue and ownership disputes, in addition to oil and gas related tort claims, bankruptcy, receiverships and collection issues in the oil and gas industry.

Tim is currently on the board of directors for Citizens Caring for Children, an Oklahoma City nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting Oklahoma children in foster care.
