Sarah J. Miley is an experienced litigator with a focus on complex wage and hour litigation, including class, collective and hybrid actions throughout the United States. Sarah also has significant experience litigating wage and hour claims in arbitration, including mass arbitration, and assisting clients with reviewing, drafting, and rolling out arbitration agreements. In addition to her wage and hour litigation practice, Sarah represents employers in a wide variety of employment issues, including restrictive covenant disputes, and discrimination, harassment and retaliation litigation.
