Mr. Tricarico is an honors graduate of the University of Floridas Levin College of Law, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. Since 1994, Mr. Tricarico has practiced exclusively in the areas of labor and employment law, representing international, national and local clients from a wide range of industries including biotechnology, banking, pharmaceutical, insurance and healthcare. Mr. Tricaricos practice encompasses both counseling and litigation, and he has handled matters ranging from employee stock option litigation to sexual harassment and discrimination. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Tricarico practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with the «Big Four» public accounting firm of Ernst Young. There, Mr. Tricarico worked in the audit department and developed a specialty working on Initial Public Offerings.
