Robert J. Feldmans practice is devoted principally to the areas of corporate and business bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, and education law.

Bob has extensive experience representing debtors, creditors and creditors committees in Bankruptcy Court in business reorganizations under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code and in bankruptcy proceedings under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code for individual business owners and professionals.

He has also represented a number of bankruptcy trustees in complex bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters. His experience includes partnership and shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, construction disputes and banking litigation.

Bob serves as general counsel to a number of businesses, including several in the healthcare industry. He has an extensive education law practice, representing public school districts, professional employees of school districts and students and their parents in connection with education law and related matters.
