Ronald P. Golden III is an associate in Bayards Litigation Department. Ron has worked on cases involving pharmaceutical Hatch-Waxman litigation, software, medical device, consumer, and semiconductor chip products. In these matters, he has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit diligence, case management, preliminary injunctions, document collection and production, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, summary judgment and Daubert hearings, and trial.

Ron also volunteers as counsel for petitioners filing Petitions for Protection from Abuse in the Delaware Family Court, and served as a member of a pro bono trial team that represented death row inmates challenging the constitutionality of the state of Arkansass use of the sedative Midazolam in the 2017 Arkansas Lethal Injection Class Action Lawsuit.
