J.K. Leonard is a full time mediator. In his previous experience, he practiced in the areas of product liability, complex torts, commercial litigation, and non-medical professional liability. He also served as monitoring and coverage counsel in complex tort cases for excess insurance carriers. Mr. Leonard represented manufacturers of recreational products, consumer goods, electrical supply and distribution products, process automation equipment, construction and agricultural equipment and industrial equipment in product liability litigation.
