Luke is a partner in Moye Whites Trial Section and focuses his litigation and trial practice on high-stakes securities actions, regulatory investigations, and enforcement proceedings involving corporate officers, directors, and their businesses. He is often called on to participate in or even lead joint defense efforts on behalf of entire management teams and involving some of the most respected law firms and lawyers in the country. Luke thrives in the face of highly contentious and complicated disputes alleging violations of federal and state securities laws, corporate governance laws, consumer protection laws, fiduciary duties, and fraud. He also prosecutes and defends high-stakes business divorce cases.

Luke is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the U.S. District Courts of Colorado, Eastern District of Louisiana, and Western District of New York, as well as Colorado State Courts. He also practices before federal, state, and private regulatory authorities including the SEC, FINRA, CFP? Board, and state attorneys general.

Luke serves as Chair of the Colorado Bar Associations Securities Law Subsection and is the immediate past-Chair of the CBAs Litigation Section. He also sits on the Executive Councils of the CBAs Litigation and Business Law Sections, as well as on the Boards of several community organizations.
