After attending Franklin and Marshall College and graduating «With Distinction» from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a member of the Hofstra Law Review, Richard M. Steigman joined the firm of Gair, Gair, Conason, Steigman, Mackauf, Bloom Rubinowitz as an attorney in 1997.
