Marc C. Johnson - Lawyer in Englewood, CO

Since the beginning of his legal career, Marc C. Johnson focused exclusively on medical malpractice litigation. We have dealt with a wide range of cases including birth injury, anesthesia injury, cancer misdiagnosis, stroke misdiagnosis, heart attack misdiagnosis, prenatal misdiagnosis, etc. Prior to joining Berg Simpson, he spent six years at a highly respected law firm in New Jersey focused solely on medical negligence claims. In 2015, the year before he moved to Colorado to join Burg Simpson, Mr. Johnson helped recover more than $20 million on behalf of malpractice victims and their families. Mr. Johnson has extensive trial experience, including lead trial responsibilities in a four-week malpractice jury trial, and as a result, he has been involved in a number of litigation cases for his clients.

Mr. Johnson also spoke with the honorable Steven P. Perskie, J. S. C. (ret.) and Honor Joseph L. Marczyk, current Chief Justice, New Jersey Superior Court, Atlantic County Civil Division.

Mr. Johnson received his doctorate in Law from the University of San Diego School of Law. While at law school, Mr. Johnson received numerous awards for both written and oral defense and served on the Executive Committee of the Court of Appeal. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
