Libby is the Chair of Brooks Kushmans Trademark practice. With over 30 years of experience, she has been instrumental in developing and leading the firms trademark practice.

Libby manages substantial trademark portfolios both domestically and internationally, and works closely with a network of vetted international contacts developed over the past decades. She manages trademark matters in a variety of industries, including automotive, retail, restaurant and food, advertising and marketing, insurance, consumer products and financial services.
