Member Trevor Cutaiars practice focuses on admiralty and maritime litigation and insurance defense. Trevor has significant experience in handling asbestos exposure cases involving a unique combination of Louisiana tort law, federal constitutional law, multi-district litigation and state and federal workers compensation schemes.
