Mr. Holden has more than 20 years experience representing management and defending claims of wrongful discharge, race, sex, and disability discrimination, non-compete agreements, sexual harassment, breach of contract, unpaid overtime compensation and various other workplace torts. His practice regularly takes him before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor, and various human rights and unemployment commissions.

A substantial amount of Mr. Holdens time is devoted to counseling business owners, health care groups, and members of management? regional, national, and local? on a variety of work place issues. He is a frequent lecturer on a variety of workplace and health care issues.

Mr. Holden received his B.S. (with honors) from Indiana Universitys Kelley School of Business and his J.D. (cum laude) from the Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington. After completion of his law degree, he clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and then for the Honorable Sarah Evans Barker, a United States District Judge for the Southern District of Indiana.
